A company born from firsthand experience
GTEX Group was founded in 2022 on a simple conviction: in the pharmaceutical, medical and food supplement industries, supply chain problems are rarely solved with a good contact book. They call for a team that understands the entire chain — from identifying the right source to final delivery — and can anticipate bottlenecks before they turn into delays or non-conformities.
That conviction grew out of years of hands-on experience faced by our founders and team with the same recurring obstacles: suppliers that are hard to qualify, incomplete regulatory files, unexpected stock shortages, poorly coordinated carriers. GTEX Group was built to address these problems directly, rather than simply brokering a transaction.
More than sourcing: end-to-end supply chain management
A traditional sourcing intermediary typically stops at connecting a buyer with a supplier. GTEX Group goes further: we position ourselves as a supply chain partner, meaning we take charge of — or closely coordinate — every step between a sourcing need and its actual resolution: supplier qualification, quality follow-up, regulatory compliance for the destination market, and logistics through to delivery.
This distinction is more than semantics. For a buyer in the pharmaceutical or medical industry, a poorly resolved supply issue rarely means just a delay: it can affect production continuity, the regulatory standing of a file, or product availability in a given market. By managing the full chain rather than a single link in it, GTEX Group reduces the number of contacts, grey areas and failure points between the initial need and the solution.
A footprint spanning Europe and the MENA region
GTEX Group operates from its headquarters in Paris, with local offices in Spain and England. This European footprint is designed to support clients whose sourcing and distribution needs cross the borders of a single market, with a particular focus on international trade and the MENA region.
A local presence in several countries makes it easier to understand the regulatory requirements specific to each destination market, to stay close to suppliers and carriers, and to react quickly when a situation calls for it — whether that means a documentary check, a logistics disruption, or a shift in regulation.
30+ years of combined experience, put to practical use
The GTEX Group team brings together more than 30 years of combined experience in international trade, pharmaceuticals, regulatory affairs and logistics. That experience doesn't translate into abstract promises — it shows up in better risk anticipation: recognising an incomplete supplier file, spotting an unrealistic logistics timeline, or catching a market-specific regulatory requirement before it becomes a blocker.
It's this combination — sector expertise, end-to-end management and an international footprint — that positions GTEX Group not as just another supplier, but as the partner to turn to when a supply chain problem needs solving, not just managing.
